Intermediate A

2012 Delta Islanders Welcome to Senior Lacrosse

Please visit the Delta Islander Junior A/Intermediate A web page for more information about ‘A’ tryouts.

Intermediate B

If you do not make the A team or choose not to try out, your next move would be to try out for the Intermediate B team here in South Delta. The Intermediate B team is also a competitive team.

The coaches of the Intermediate B team have scheduled the first two tryout sessions which will be held at SPORTSTOWN in Richmond (4991 #5 Rd).  The first scheduled sessions are:

Saturday, March 24, 2012     2:30 – 4:00pm at Sportstown
Sunday, March 25, 2012        1:30 – 3:00pm at Sportstown

After this first weekend, the plan will be to have 1 – 2 tryout/evaluation sessions per week as we move towards the start of the regular season in late April.  Although the coaches would prefer that you make it to every tryout session, they realize that the first two times are in the middle of Spring Break and it will not be possible for everyone to attend.

Please let Craig Merritt (acting team manager) know if you will be trying out for Intermediate B at rypac2@shaw.ca

Junior B

Check back soon for tryout information

When you are chosen to play for an Intermediate or Junior team, the coach will ask you and your parents to sign a card. This is sent to the league to register you for the playing season, and will register you to that team for the playing season. You must only sign one card per season.
Once you sign a card you will have ten (10) days to pay in full.
